- Existing homes inspections are the most sought after inspection in our industry. I will inspect
manufactured homes (mobile homes) also. I inspect all of the homes as if I were buying them
for myself. I use the latest modern electronic equipment in My inspections. I do not just show
up on the job with a pad and pencil and an old beat up flashlight.
- My inspections generally take two to three hours, some longer. If you cannot attend the
complete inspection, I recommend that you try to make the last thirty minutes, so that I can go
over the report with you in person. I will have your computer generated report in the mail to
you the next day. If you have a computer and are able to receive .pdf files, then I can e-mail
you a copy of your report the next day.
